James Neal is a highly experienced instructor and technical diver who has many accolades to his name, including being one of a handful of PADI Advanced Instructors. He is also an Elite Status Instructor and has been awarded numerous certificates of excellence for his instructing and training over the years. He is a well known and trusted instructor in the dive community.
